The Gift of Servanthood 🧽✝️

This past Sunday Pastor Julianna shared a humbling Mother's Day message about the gift of servanthood. 

She shared how being a mother is a call to servanthood and how we, as believers, are called to love one another and serve each other as Jesus did. Even though the Father had put all things under Jessus' power, Jesus tied a towel around His waist and washed His disciple's feet. (John 13:1-7)

He set the example we're all to follow as brothers and sisters in Christ. 

The Sunday message was followed by a beautiful foot-washing ceremony for our Life Center family. ❤️

This past Sunday Pastor Rich shared on the importance of returning to the Table of the Lord as believers and making Him the center of our lives and our gatherings. 

🥖🍷 Rich shared that the communion meal isn't just bread and wine, it's a meal that reveals Jesus to us. 

He shared that this meal is an act of grace and shows us our identity in Christ. He challenged us to approach the Table of the Lord with reverence in a new way where we expect to receive a deeper revelation of who Jesus is.

You are anointed ✝️

This past Sunday Pastor Colt shared how we carry the same anointing as Jesus. This anointing moves through us to bring glory to the Father by providing good news to the poor, proclaiming liberty to the captives and opening the prison to those who are bound. (Isaiah 61:1)

Colt encouraged us to lean not on our own understanding but to trust that when we partner with God and His redemptive purposes for the earth, His anointing comes.

Standing in the Gap for Israel 🇮🇱

Frank Mason shared this past Sunday how praying for Israel during this time plays into God's greater purpose and plan for the earth. 

Frank taught us that God's covenant promises with Israel granted salvation for us as gentile believers. It's how He chose to bless all the nations (Genesis 22:18). Our relationship with Israel is more than a political or sentimental relationship, it's a covenant relationship. 

Frank encouraged us to honor the people of Israel as the forefathers of our faith. Let's stand in the gap for Israel and pray 🙏

He is Alive! ✝️

This past Resurrection Sunday, Pastor Bill shared how through Christ Jesus sin no longer has master over us. 

Without Christ, we were all slaves to sin but through His perfect love and sacrifice on the cross we were made free to live not by our flesh but by His Spirit. 

Bill also taught about the importance of obedience to God's will and to be fully submitted to Him just as Jesus was submitted to His Father when He died a brutal death on the cross only to rise three days later, conquering sin and death forever!

Christ's Kingdom conquers the fear of man ✝️ 👑

🙌 This past Sunday, Lachlan Warrell shared about how having our eyes fixed on the second coming of Christ sets us free from fear of man. 

Lachlan encouraged us in the urgency of sharing the Gospel and to not let our fear of man's opinions or persecution take our eyes off His return. 

As followers of Christ, we need to live in the fear of the Lord and to walk in His will and revelation that Jesus is the One we will ultimately answer to.

This past Sunday, Pastor Rich continued to preach on the book of Daniel, and encouraged us to seek the Lord for answers on how we can steward the roles and positions He's given us for His Kingdom. 

Rich encouraged us not to try and escape the places of influences God has given us out of fear of being tainted by the culture but to set ourselves apart in the ways we approach our roles with Christlike character.

You need covenant relationships ✝️👩🏾

This past Sunday, Pastor Colt taught on Pt. 2 of the Book of Daniel about the importance of covenant relationships in today's culture. 

Colt shared how Daniel and his friends prayed, fasted, and sought the Lord when challenged to conform to the Babylonian culture.

Colt encouraged us that we need these types of covenant relationships to bring the Kingdom of God and make an impact on our culture, workplaces, and the lives of people around us. 

🙏 We need people who will agree to stand with us in prayer and fasting in the midst of adversity and not relent.
