This past Sunday, Pastor Colt taught from the Beatitudes what it means to mourn and be comforted as believers.
Colt shared we are to mourn over our sins, the sins of others in the Church, and the sins of the world.
When we do this we engage with God's heart and are met by His comfort that brings hope, knowing the fullness of His Kingdom is still yet to come ✝️

Fruit looks like something ✝️
This past Sunday, Vanessa taught on the three fruits of the Spirit which often get overlooked: gentleness, goodness, and self-control from Galatians 5:22.
She shared that, as believers, we are to both receive the fruits of the Spirit and also work to cultivate them in our lives. This process takes us to a deeper level of maturity in our walk with Christ and allows us to be salt and light in the culture around us.
Vanessa encouraged us that when surrender our dreams to God we allow God to grow us in the fruits of the Spirit and shape into the image of Christ no matter the circumstances.

God is a good loving Father ❤️
This past Sunday, Pastor Bill spoke about the Father Heart of God and how important it is we see Him rightly.
Bill shared that when we see God as a good loving Father we will walk in greater joy and peace.
He also taught how Jesus reveals the Father as He came and laid His life down for us, restoring our relationship back to Him ✝️ and how agreement with The Word is essential for walking with Jesus.

Blessed are the poor in Spirit for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven 🕊 (Matthew 5:3)
This past Sunday, Pastor Colt shared from the Sermon on the Mount on what it means to be poor in Spirit. This an essential concept in order to access the blessed life which Jesus invites us into as a part of His Kingdom which is now at hand!
He shared that poverty of spirit is not about self condemnation or financial lack but is about acknowledging our desperate need for God and for His redemptive plans on the earth.
Colt encouraged us that as sons and daughters of God, we can boldly go to our Father and to both ask and expect to receive. To pray that His will would be done on earth as it is in Heaven. (Matthew 6:9-13)

This past Sunday, Pastor Rich shared a powerful message on the inheritance we have through Jesus' shed body and blood on the cross. ✝️
He taught how through Jesus' sacrifice, we have received the Holy Spirit and have gained access to the Father. ❤️
Rich encouraged us it's not by our works or anything we could do to earn it but simply because Jesus died for us to receive His inheritance as the Bride of Christ.

This past Sunday, Pastor Colt shared the importance of being salt and light to those around us.
Colt encouraged us to be people of His presence by seeking His face and radiating His glory simply by being with Him. ✝️

This past Sunday, Guest Speaker Charles Stock from @lifecenterharrisburg shared a message on the faithfulness of God 🙌
Charles encouraged us that no matter what our circumstances may look like, the promises of God will be fulfilled whether He does it in our lifetime or not. He reminded us of God’s fulfilled promise to Abraham to make his descendants as numerous as the stars which God fulfilled through Abraham’s son Isaac. (Genesis 26:4)
Charles also encouraged us to not give up when prophetic promises don’t come to pass in the way we thought God would fulfill them. He shared that when we stay in partnership with God and wait on His timing and leading, He refines our character and ultimately we see the promises fulfilled.

The Gift of Servanthood 🧽✝️
This past Sunday Pastor Julianna shared a humbling Mother's Day message about the gift of servanthood.
She shared how being a mother is a call to servanthood and how we, as believers, are called to love one another and serve each other as Jesus did. Even though the Father had put all things under Jessus' power, Jesus tied a towel around His waist and washed His disciple's feet. (John 13:1-7)
He set the example we're all to follow as brothers and sisters in Christ.
The Sunday message was followed by a beautiful foot-washing ceremony for our Life Center family. ❤️

Nothing but the blood 🩸✝️
This past Sunday Pastor Rich shared on the importance of returning to the Table of the Lord as believers and making Him the center of our lives and our gatherings.
🥖🍷 Rich shared that the communion meal isn't just bread and wine, it's a meal that reveals Jesus to us.
He shared that this meal is an act of grace and shows us our identity in Christ. He challenged us to approach the Table of the Lord with reverence in a new way where we expect to receive a deeper revelation of who Jesus is.
